We are excited to announce that the proposals for Phase B of Beam Park are now open for community consultation. Phase B forms a key part of the wider regeneration of Beam Park and will deliver c400 new homes, with 50% of them designated as affordable housing. This will build on the earlier phases that have been successfully completed comprising new green spaces, recreational areas, improved transport links, and enhanced community facilities, such as a health centre, schools, and retail spaces.
As we prepare the planning application for Phase B, we want to hear from you. Your feedback is essential in ensuring that the development meets the needs of the community and contributes positively to the surrounding area.
